County, Tom Davis is a successful local attorney at Harvey &
Battey and former Chief of Staff to South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford. |

| One of the key architects of the
governor’s two successful statewide election wins, Davis has
served as an indispensable policy, legislative and political advisor to
Sanford in Columbia |
| |
| While in the governor’s office, Tom
was instrumental in passing South Carolina’s charter school
reform bill. He is also a former member of the S.C. State Ports
Authority. |

negotiations to build a deep water port with Georgia on our side of the
